STANDARD DELIVERY

The Scrub Club uses Australia Post for all our shipping requirements. The Australia Post delivery network covers most addresses in Australia, but not every service is available in every area. Check the Australian Postal Corporation website for a full breakdown of which services you can use via Australia post, and where.

Australia Post can only provide estimated delivery times between metro areas of major cities. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control. SAME DAY DISPATCH

IN-STOCK ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS

All medical scrub orders taken before 12.00 pm weekdays (AEST) between Monday and Friday, and within our normal operating hours will go out for dispatch the same day (providing items are in-stock at the time of order). However, this time may be extended beyond 48 hours when ordering has taken place during holiday breaks, public holidays, or for orders made over weekend periods. Normal delivery times are in accordance with Australia Post delivery standards.
